- **Event Description**: Empower Sessions are a series of workshops gathering women from all walks of life to learn, grow, reflect and share.About this EventEmpower Sessions | FLY ProjectHosted by FLY | First Love Yourself Project, this workshop UNHOOK is a 3 hour workshop for women starting the process of reclaiming their lives after an unhealthy relationship of any kind.If you've ever felt stuck in a cycle, lost yourself in relationships or want to make sense of patterns shaped by the past, this space is for you.This workshop supports participants to build awareness, confidence and clarity and take gentle, practical steps towards reclaiming your time, energy and sense of self.The day combines reflection, discussion and simple exercises designed to help you reconnect with your sense of self at your own pace.This is a safe and supportive space for women of all backgrounds who:Are navigating life after challenging circumstancesNavigate confusion, overwhelm & boundariesHave experienced burnout, depression, or feeling “lost”Want to connect with a community who understands your experience without judgement or comparisonIdeal for those who are rebuilding their life post experience of abuse & coercive control."You don't need to rebuild perfectly, you just need to keep going one step at a time"Doors open 10.30am, first mini workshop begins promptly at 11am and there will be breaks for refreshments and light lunch.After the Workshops: The day concludes with informal discussion and access to quiet reflection space at Kindred.*This workshop is not a substitute for therapy or crisis support and is designed for participants who are ready to begin reflective work.If you are currently in crisis or need more immediate support, we encourage you to seek 1:1 or specialist support through Womens Aid, National Domestic Abuse Helpline, Samaritans by calling: 116 123 or NHS Mental Health Support via 111.FLY | First Love Yourself Project has been running workshops in schools and the community for the last 10 years dedicated to empowering girls and women to build confidence and self-trust from the inside out.Empower Sessions are rooted in compassion, authenticity, and lived experience.
